Ǫ How far in advance do you book your Loo?
Α Our busiest time of the year is from March-October. High end restroom rentals book out in Sonoma County fairly often and usually about 6 months to one year in advance of your event date.
Ǫ How much space is needed for your Loo?
Α The actual trailer itself is 6’5” wide x 10’9” tall x 12’ length. We recommend a minimum clearance of 12’ height x 10’ width and a level ground for premium functionality. Stall entrances are located on the passenger side.
Ǫ Do I need water hookups?
Α We can pre-fill our water tank prior to delivery if water is not available, however the trailer runs best when connected to a standard garden hose faucet within 75’ of the set-up location. If the water tank is pre-filled it should last the duration of your event under most circumstances based on the total staff and guest count.
Ǫ Do I need power hookups?
Α We require a dedicated 20a 120v outlet within 75’ from the set-up location of the trailer for full functionality. If power hookups are not available we require the rental of our generator (additional fees apply).
Ǫ What areas do you service?
Α We service Northern California (Marin, Mendocino, Lake, Napa and Sonoma counties) as well as Idaho (Treasure and Magic Valleys). For those located in surrounding areas send us the venue address and we’ll get you a quote that outlines our delivery fees based on location.
Ǫ What does the Loo rental include?
Α Our Loo comes stocked with moisturizing hand soap, hand towels, toilet paper, garbage cans and liners, plus extras for backup. Our service includes delivery, set-up, pump out, cleaning, and removal. In the future we will be looking to add additional high end restrooms trailers and amenities such as an on-site attendant.
